Placing an Order
- Visit ca.capture.com and click the "Start Now" button.
- Select the media you would like to preserve.
- Complete the order form and add to cart. Proceed to checkout.
- Complete your Shipping and Billing information, and click "Pay Now" to place your order.
- Print your Shipping Documents.
- Pack your order according to the Shipping Documents provided once your order is placed.
- Ship your media to us using the prepaid Canada Post shipping label. If you did not purchase a prepaid label, you can use your preferred shipping method. Your completed order will be returned to you via Canada Post.
Your videotapes, movie film reels, photos, and slides deteriorate over time, as does the equipment for playing analog media. Capture's Home Movie and Photo Transfer Service converts aging media formats to digital files that you can store and back up on your hard drive. DVDs are organized into menus and chapters that make it easy to find your favorite moments. USBs are viewable on any device with a USB port, and files are easy to store, duplicate, and back up.
You will receive digitized memories in your Google Photos account, plus any output(s) you ordered and your original media.
