Why was my order returned unprocessed?
If your order was not processed, it might be due to one or more of the following reasons:
- The content contains copyrighted material
- The content contains illegal or obscene material
- Your media is not in a format we are able to process
- Your videotape required repair for transfer and we were unable to get in touch with you for permission to proceed
- The quality of the tape or film was so poor that we could not process it
